I have also included a blank logo in the .pbt file, which can be found where the images are located (Admin>Themes>Theme Manager>Hover over the theme and then click the Images button>Scroll all the way to the bottom and locate the blank logo there, click on the image and save to your computer). Feel free to use whatever font or style you want to add text to the blank image.
